UPC2776TB
The UPC2776TB is a Silicon Monolithic integrated circuit
which is manufactured using the NESAT™III process. This
device is suitable for wide band IF blocks due to its high gain
and flat response. The UPC2776TB is pin compatible and
has comparable performance as the larger UPC2776T, so it
is suitable for use as a replacement to help reduce system
size. The IC is housed in a 6 pin super minimold or SOT-363
package. The UPC2776TB is designed as a low cost IC gain
stage in DBS, TVRO, PCS, WLAN and other communication
receivers.

Voltage
1 Input RF signal input pin. An internal matching circuit, configured
with resistors, improves match to 50 Ω over a wide band.
A multi-feedback circuit is incorporated to minimize variations
in hFE and resistance values.
2 GND 0 Ground pins. From the ground pattern as large as possible to
3 minimize ground impedance.

4 Output 4.5 to 5.5 RF signal output pin. Connect an inductor between this pin and
VCC to supply current to the internal output transistors.
6 VCC Power supply pin. This pin biases the internal input transistor.
