DESCRIPTION
These popular 1N457 1N459 series of JEDEC registered s witch ing/signal diodes are
metallurgically bonded. Th ese small low capac i tance diodes wit h ver y fast switching speeds
are hermetically sealed and bonded in to a double-plug DO-35 package. They may be u sed in
a var i ety of fast swit ching applicati ons . Microsemi also offers a variety of other
switching/signal diodes.
