REQUEST.

DISSIPATION FACTOR: SHALL NOT BE GREATER THAN 0.1% WHEN MEASURED AT OR REFERRED TO

DIELECTRIC STRENGTH: LEAD TO LEAD - 180% OF RATED AC VOLTAGE OR DC EQUIVALENT FOR 1 –3
SECONDS AT 25 ± 5 °C. TERMINAL TO CASE (T-C) TEST VOLTAGE IS 3000VAC FOR 1-3 SECONDS.
