MHA Series Surface Mount Ultra High Temperature Up to150C Vibration Resistant Terminals For Automotive Applications Solvent Proof Actual Size The MHA series is a new ultra high temperature aluminum electrolytic capacitor series that allows a maximum operating temperature of 150C. The MHA capacitors are surface mount versions of our GHA radial series and are designed for the harsh environment of automotive applications where very high temperature and vibration are critical factors. These MHA capacitors have vibration resistant terminals and a rated lifetime of 1,000 hours at 150C. Depending on case diameter, standard packaging is tape and reel or trays. As an option the MHA series is available with environmentally friendly Pb-free materials. The MHA series capacitors are solvent proof. Endurance (Load Life) Capacitance change: 30% of initial measured value Tan ( DF ) : 300% of initial specified value Leakage current : initial specified value The following specifications shall be satisfied when the capacitors are restored to 20C after exposing them for 500 hours at 150C without voltage applied. The rated voltage shall be applied to the capacitors for a minimum of 30 minutes, at least 24 hours and not more than 48 hours before the measurements.
