After the capacitors are subjected to the rated voltage with the rated ripple current applied at 105C or with 50% of the rated ripple current
applied at 125C for the specified period of time, the following specifications shall be satisfied when the capacitors are restored to 20C.
Time at 105CF5 & 6.3 : 2,000 hours F8 & 10 : 3,000 hours F12.5 and larger : 5,000 hours
Time at 125CF5 & 6.3 : 500 hours F8 & 10 : 750 hours F12.5 and larger : 1,250 hours
Capacitance change [P20% of the initial value

The following specifications shall be satisfied when the capacitors are restored to 20C after exposing them for 1,000 hours at 105C
