Functional Diagram
The HMC427LP3 & HMC427LP3E are low loss
broadband positive control transfer switches in
leadless surface mount packages. Covering DC to 8
GHz, this switch offers high isolation and low insertion
loss. The switch operates using a positive control
voltage of 0/+5V and requires a xed bias of +5V @
< 20 μA.
High Isolation: 40 ~ 45 dB thru 6 GHz
Low Insertion Loss: 1.2 dB@ 6 GHz

3 x 3 mm SMT Package
