The PSMDAxxC-4 Series are monolithic transient voltage suppressor arrays that provide board level protecon for
standard TTL and MOS bus line applicaons against the damaging eects of ESD, terary lightning and switching
transients.
The PSMDAxxC-4 Series has a peak pulse power rang of 500 Was for an 8/20µs waveshape. This series meets the
IEC 61000-4-2, IEC 61000-4-4 and IEC 61000-4-5 requirements.
