This dual rectifier is based on a proprietary
technology that achieves the best in class VF/IR
for a given silicon surface.
Packaged in T O-220AB, this device is intended to
be used in switch mode power supplies, or
automotive applications

1 Characteristics
When the diodes 1 and 2 are used simultaneously:
Tj(diode 1) = P(diode1) x Rth(j-c)(Per diode) + P(diode2) x Rth(c).
To evaluate the conduction losses use the following equation:
P = 0.32 x IF(AV) + 0.0063 IF2(RMS)
