DESCRIPTION
AMCOM’s AM304031MM-BM is part of the GaAs MMIC power amplifier series. It has 34dB gain and 31dBm
output power over the 3.0 to 4.0 GHz band. This series is in a ceramic package with both RF and DC leads at two
ends of the package to facilitate low-cost SMT assembly to a PC board.
