A radiation cross-linked polyolefin heat-shrinkable tubing designed for
a wide range of applications requiring a highly flame retardant
material. Typical Applications: for use where UL recognition with
VW-1 is needed; harness bundling; electrical insulation; cable
jacketing; lightweight harmless jackets; terminal insulation; wire strain relief; general purpose component packaging.
Specifications. Color: 1-Black, 2-Red, 3-White, 5-Yellow, 6-Green, and 7-Blue. Operating Temperature: Ð40¡C to
+125¡C. Shrinkage Ratio: 2:1 at 121¡C. Tensile Strength: 1800 psi, nominal. Longitudinal Shrinkage: ±3%. Dielectric
Strength: 500 V/mil. Volume Resistivity: 1014 ohm/cm.

FIT-221 is the most widely used general purpose heat-shrinkable tubing. It is flexible, flame-retardant, self-extinguishing and fungus-resistant. The tubing shrinks a
minimum of 50% of supplied diameter at 121¡C longitudinal shrinkage, ±5% (UL224). Operating Temperature: Ð55¡C to +135¡C. Tensile Strength: 1800 psi
nominal. Colors Available: 1-Black, 2-Red, 3-White, 4-Clear*, 5-Yellow, 6-Green, and 7-Blue. Insert the color number where N appears in the stock number.

FIT 221 is now available in 50' or 100' spools where noted. These shorter length spools are perfect for on-site installation needs. The spool is easily stored on any

Stands up to your toughest tests. FIT 421 is a tough, irradiated polyolefin with a
4:1 shrinkage ratio that solves the problem of covering and protecting the
connections between cables and bulky connectors. Applications: Insulation
and protection for connector-to-cable terminations; harmless jacket sleeving
repair; coverage of irregular shapes not possible with 2:1 shrink ratio material.
Specifications. Operating Temperature: Ð55¡C to +135¡C. Shrinkage Ratio:
4:1 at 121¡C. Tensile Strength: 1500 psi. Longitudinal Shrinkage: 50%
