Quad 2-Input NAND Gates with Open-Collector Outputs
General Descript ion
This device contains four independent gates each of which
performs the logic NAND functio n. The op en-colle ctor out-
puts require external pull-up resistors for proper logical
operation.
Pull-Up Resistor Equations
Where: N1 (IOH) = total ma ximum output high curr ent
for all outputs tied to pull-up resistor

2 (IIH) = total maximum inp ut high cur ren t for
all inputs tied to pull-up re sistor
N3 (IIL) = total maximum input low current for
all inputs tied to pull-up re sistor
