DUAL IGBT SILICON MODULES
Littelfuse dual IGBT silicon modules are ideal for applications including motor drivers, inverters, converters, and induction heating. The MG06400D-BN1MM features high short circuit capability, ultra low loss, high ruggedness, and is positive
temperature coefcient. The MG12300D-BN2/3MM & MG06400D-BN4MM feature high short circuit capability, self limiting short circuit current, low switching losses, fast switching and short tail current, and the IGBT3 CHIP with trench plus
eld stop technology.
