RPT-37PB3 F
The RPT-37PB3F is a silicon planar phototransistor. Since it is m o lded in plast ic with a visible light filter,
there is almost no eff ect from st ray light. It is particularly suited for use with a ROHM SIR-34ST 3F
infr ar ed light emitt ing diode. It is possible t o distinguish the polarit y by the shape of ramp type.
