Operating from 21 to 29 GHz, the amplifier provides 13 dB of gain and a noise figure of 2.5 dB from a single +3V supply. The RF I/Os are DC blocked and matched to 50 Ohms requiring no external components. The HMC341LC3B eliminates the need for wire bonding, allowing the use of surface mount manufacturing techniques. External bypass capacitors of 100 pF, 1000pF, and 2.2 F are required. 2, 3, 7-9 N/C No connection required.
