GS Oxygen Sensors GS oxygen sensors, model KE-series, are newly developed galvanic cell type sensors. By using acid electrolyte, the sensor has an exceptionally long life ane excellent chemical durability. Principle GS oxygensensors incomorate alead oxygen cell with alead anode and a gold cathode, using a specific acid electrolyte. Oxygen molecules diffuse through a non-porous flourine resin membrane into the electrochemical cell and are reduced at the gold slectrade. The current flowing between the electrodes is proportional to the oxygen conoaantration in the gas mixture ta be measured. The signals ara measured as terminal voltages of the resistor and the thermistor for temperature compensation. The change in output voltages represents the oxygen concentration. ff & Sif wi Bub ap Hhit: FER PIED A B1006-1018 Mif: O755-89779118/83278699/ 83278860 fjiit: wow. apel lesz, cem Features Applications * Long life Medical: Anesthetic instruments, KE25- & years les plates, oxygen- KE-50- 10 years enichers Virtually no influence from COs, CO, Biotechnclogy: Oxygen incubotarns H28, NOx, Hz Food industr: Refrigeration, * Low cost greenhouses * Operates in normal anblent Safety: Alr conditioners, temperctures * Stolle output signal No external power supply required for Serbo operation * No wormnup time is required Structure of KE-25 / KE-50 oxygen detection, fire detectors Block Lead wire fanade) B Lead wire (cathode) = ee hed Anode (ead ~ . run . \ O-irKg Plastic dias \ Rediatar Plastic ting ~ Thenngtar A ectolyte sponge diac __catrada (gard fin) Teflon nrennineaine $pecifications Model KE-25 KE-50 Measurement range O-100% Oe O-100% Oe Accuracy +1% (full scale} +2% (Full scale) Operating temperature 40C 400 Storage temperature -20-+60 0 204-000 Response time (20%) 14+2 seconds 60+5 seconds Initial output voltage fat 2707 and std test conditions 10.0~15. 5m 47-G5miv of 2541C, GOLESRH, 1013+6hPa} : approx.
